Prohibited Conduct

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, or attempt to extract the source code, underlying models, architecture, or algorithms of ZeroEntropy’s APIs, SaaS offerings, or on-premise deployments.

  • Use the Services for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, offensive, or prohibited activities as defined under local law.

  • Attempt to circumvent, violate, or disable any technical security measures or access controls implemented by ZeroEntropy.

  • Submit or upload content you do not have rights or permissions to or which is illegal, infringing, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

  • Use any scraping, crawling, or automated extraction tools, or deep-linking to internal API endpoints, except as permitted in our public API documentation.

  • Interfere with network, infrastructure, or service integrity, including but not limited to denial-of-service attacks, excessive load, or unauthorized access.


Content and Intellectual Property

  • All ZeroEntropy content, including API responses, models, documentation, and web materials, are owned by ZeroEntropy or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Except for your uploaded documents and queries, you acquire no rights to any Service, model, or derivative works except those explicitly granted herein.

  • You grant ZeroEntropy a license to process, store, and use submitted documents solely to provide the relevant search, embedding, or reranking services, and for internal improvement purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.


Feedback & Suggestions

  • Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to ZeroEntropy are considered non-confidential. You grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right for ZeroEntropy to use such feedback in any manner, without obligation to you.


Suspension & Termination

  • ZeroEntropy may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including violation of these Terms or suspected misuse. Upon termination, your access to all services will cease, and any stored data may be deleted.


Third-Party Integrations and Links

  • Our Site may link to third-party resources or provide integration options. These are governed by separate terms. ZeroEntropy is not responsible for third-party content, data handling, or practices.


Privacy

  • Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded documents and queries are processed as described therein.


Modifications to Service or Terms

  • ZeroEntropy may update, discontinue, or modify any part of the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of modified Terms.


Indemnification

  • You indemnify ZeroEntropy from any claims arising out of your misuse, violation of these Terms, or uploaded content.
